NorthStar Rings Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange
NYSE:NSTR

Ushering in new financing to expand its Space Domain Awareness services.

NEW YORK, October 9, 2026 – NorthStar Earth & Space Inc. (“NorthStar” or “the Company”), a global provider of Space Domain Awareness (“SDA”) services, will ring the Closing Bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) today to begin a new chapter as a publicly traded company.

This moment represents an important step in NorthStar’s mission to deliver timely intelligence on activities in space that may threaten essential services. NorthStar allows operators to navigate an increasingly complex orbital environment, protect critical space infrastructure, and support the safe and sustainable use of space.  Beyond this, NorthStar will accelerate the deployment of future sensing capabilities and serve a growing community of government and commercial customers.

“Ringing the Closing Bell is an opportunity to recognize how far NorthStar has come thanks to the persistence and determination of our team,” said Stewart Bain, CEO & Founder of NorthStar. “Now, we have a stronger voice as we continue to advance our mission.  More precise information of space activity enables higher security, quicker responsiveness to threats, and a more stable space economy.”

The bell ringing marks the successful completion of the business combination agreement and ushers in new financing that will support the expansion of SDA services.
