Delivering advanced Space Domain Awareness services to the United States
McLean, Virginia, October 7, 2026 – NorthStar Earth & Space Systems, Inc, (“NorthStar USA”) today announced the appointment of Armelle Franklin as U.S. Technical Director, strengthening the company’s leadership in defense and intelligence missions that will benefit from high-performance Space Domain Awareness (SDA).
In this role, Franklin will advance and direct SDA technical development to ensure NorthStar’s system architecture and product performance align with U.S. customer mission requirements.
“Armelle understands the value of the linkages between client mission requirements and the key technical elements necessary to deliver high-performance products,” said Peter Klimas, Chief Technology Officer at NorthStar. “Her expertise will help ensure the services we deliver fit the current and future needs of US space defense & intelligence.”
Franklin joins NorthStar from Titania Solutions Group Inc., where she successfully fostered partnerships with the Intelligence Community (IC) to address space security interests for the Department of War (DoW). Previously, at Northrop Grumman, she led large programs in space defense systems and directed high-impact demonstration teams that served vital stakeholders.
NorthStar continues to expand its U.S. presence and its ability to deliver mission-ready SDA solutions that support space safety and national security in an increasingly contested domain.
